I thoroughly enjoyed staff and food - they were wonderful. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast.

Sensational full cooked breakfast served in the restaurant.

Stayed for 2 nights in this quiet little place, liked that.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Sincerely, it was a such wonderful stay for business trip. We liked the location adjacent to all enclosed and shops and restaurants, it was very central.

The room was relaxing and functional with a hairdryer and bath sheets in the separate bathroom.

We where there for 1 night, overall had a very lovely stay. Perfect breakfast with variety of options, interesting and clean place. The location was cosy, within easy walking distance of Whalebone Arch. The restaurant was nice, and stuff fabulous.

Everything was lovely including location and staff. The rooms were with a very comfortable bed, enjoyed it.

The location and staff are great here. Found in the calm area near the linked bistro, bars, the centre of whitby. Also, we loved how close it is to many stone steps.

Really unforgettable stay, we were there for 4 days. Overall spotless property, it had perfect location and staff. Superb bedroom and luxury bathroom. Great bed and contemporary furniture❤😀

Had an amazing time. The venue was fairly clean, offered beautiful location and food. Found in a super part of the town. Also, Captain Cook Memorial Museum Whitby was at a short distance. The bonus was tasteful room decor and cosy bar.

The decor was functional, staff was very polite, and the place was fairly clean. The beds were lovely, I slept well. It had a really great bathroom, which is always an advantage. Super location to poets cottage shrub nursery.

It is undoubtedly a deluxe option when in Whitby. Marvellous location, very clean venue, POLITE staff.

The location is in the heart of the city. We visited such places as whitby abbey that were close to the hotel. Room met needs.

The entire experience was excellent. The blitz cafe, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. It took 20 minutes to reach West Cliff Beach on foot❤
